We have recently helped two first time buyers secure the home of their dreams by making sure that they are one step ahead of the game.
After several unsuccessful offers left them feeling deflated, they came to see us for help and advice. We made sure that they were as prepared as they could be and that they had everything they would need BEFORE the estate agent had chance to ask for it. This included their agreement in principle certificate which I had prepared for them.
This time, our clients attended their viewing with the confidence that they would have everything that they would need should they want to make an offer. They did so at the end of their viewing and the vendors accepted.
