Approached by a client who was looking to reduce the term if possible on his mortgage he had on a Buy to Let property and without increasing his monthly repayments, after detailed research I managed to find a lender that was able to reduce the term by 3 years and the monthly repayments were also reduced by £30per month – a win, win for a very happy client.
