The Challenge:
A new client was looking for options regarding existing commercial borrowing that he had. He was of the opinion that he was paying ‘well over the odds’ to the lender. This was a very specialised commercial borrowing enquiry, but after extensive research we found a lender that could assist.
How we delivered:
We were able to find a deal that reduced the client’s interest rate by more than half.
In the end he decided to keep the monthly repayments to a similar amount that he was used to because he knew he could afford it, which has enabled him to reduce the mortgage term by 5 years.
He was over the moon because he knows he will now save £1,000s in interest payments.
