An existing client called Richard looking for advice for her daughter, who is self-employed, she had been told that she would have difficulty obtaining a mortgage because of her employment status, this is very much not the case and most lenders will look to assist the self-employed to attain mortgage lending. This client has been approved for a mortgage and is looking to complete the purchase in the next few weeks.
